Karos had several independent HubSpot instances (France, Germany, Spain), each with its own data structures, business processes, and operational practices. This organization limited global visibility, complicated international management and hampered the scalability of the business model. The mission focused on the centralization of CRM environments around a main body, with a scope covering audit, the design of the target model, the design of the target model, data migration and team support.
